THAT NO MAN MIGHT BUY OR SELL,

SAVE HE THAT HAD THE MARK.

The bible describes a future time in world history in this fashion:

Rev 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

Rev 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

In that context the latest CRS report dated March 9, 2009, seems to describe the first rumblings that are leading to this fulfillment. Here is the title to that report;

The Financial Crisis: Impact on and Response by The European Union

Prepared for Members and Committees of Congress

CRS Report # R40415    March 9, 2009

James K. Jackson, Specialist in International Trade and Finance

Congress relies on CRS to marshal interdisciplinary resources, encourage critical thinking and create innovative frameworks to help legislators form sound policies and reach decisions on a host of difficult issues.

When reading a report of this nature it is more important to understand the implications of what they are saying sometimes more then the words themselves.

Knowing what they are planning in advance will help people who are fighting the creation of a NEW WORLD ORDER with its one world monetary system.

Why do I say this report might lead to the full control of the world’s money supply by just a few people and agencies? Let’s look at a few comments in this report.

“According to the most recent National Threat Assessment, the global financial crisis and its geopolitical implications pose the primary near-term security concern of the United States .”

According to Dennis Blair, Director of U.S. National Intelligence, the global financial crisis and its geopolitical implications pose, “the primary near-term security concern of the United States .” In addition, he said, “The longer it takes for the [economic] recovery to begin, the greater the likelihood of serious damage to U.S. strategic interests.

Roughly a quarter of the countries in the world have already experienced low-level instability such as government changes because of the current slowdown.”

By classifying what is happening as a “security concern” they are setting up a situation where they are trying to bypass control of the U.S. Congress and U. S. citizens.

“In the long run, the United States and the EU likely will search for a regulatory scheme that provides for greater stability while not inadvertently offering advantages to any one country or group.”

Read this to mean, that they do not want any other country having power or control over the U. S. or U.K. financial interests.

“As the crisis has persisted, however, leaders have begun looking for a systemic approach that ultimately may affect the drive within Europe toward greater economic integration.

In addition, Congress likely will be involved in efforts to reshape institutions and frameworks for international cooperation and coordination in financial markets.

The limits of this system may well be tested as the EU and others search for a regulatory framework that spans a broad number of national markets.”

They want this integration not only within Europe but the whole world.

“In addition, the longer the economic downturn persists, the greater the prospects are that international pressure will mount against those governments that are perceived as not carrying their share of the responsibility for stimulating their economies to an extent that is commensurate with the size of their economy.”

The phrase, “carrying their share” sounds like the same argument the IRS uses to try and force people to voluntarily comply with tax laws that don’t apply to them.

“As the loss of real and financial wealth worsens,” …

I bet you did not know there are two types of wealth, one real, and the other not real. An imaginary wealth that is just on paper or on computers, which is more commonly known as imaginary or financial wealth! It is this imaginary wealth that has caused the problems we are experiencing now, but which has broken over into the real world. This is just like what happened in 1929-20 when people committed a real world suicide just because of their loss of this imaginary money.

“For the United States and the members of the European Union the stakes are high.

In the months ahead, Congress and the Obama Administration likely will consider a number of proposals to restructure the supervisory and regulatory responsibilities over the broad-based financial sector within the United States .

At the same time, such international organizations, as the G-20, the Financial Stability Forum, the International Monetary Fund, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the Bank for International Settlements likely will offer their own prescriptions for the international financial markets.

As policymakers address this issue, they likely will weigh the costs and benefits of centralizing supervisory responsibilities into a few key entities, such as the Federal Reserve, or dispersing them more widely across a number of different entities. A centralized approach may avoid the haphazard way in which certain complex financial markets and transactions went largely unregulated.

German Chancellor Merkel spoke in favor of adopting global regulations for financial markets and hedge funds. In a statement released on behalf of all of the leaders, Chancellor Merkel said, “All financial markets, products, and participants, including hedge funds and other private pools of capital which may pose a systemic risk must be subjected to appropriate oversight or regulation.”

In the United States , as generally is the case in most countries, the Federal Reserve, or the central bank, holds a monopoly over the conduct of monetary policy, mainly as a means of keeping such policy-making independent from political pressure.

An alternative approach argues in favor of a more integrated and coordinated response from national governments and central banks. This approach argues that a coordinated systemic approach is necessary, because financial markets in the United States and Europe have become highly integrated as a result of cross-border investment by banks, securities brokers, and other financial firms. As a result of this integration, economic and financial developments that affect national economies are difficult to contain and are quickly transmitted across national borders, as attested to by the financial crisis of 2008.

The European “passport” provision required member states to dismantle restrictive legislation that prevented cross-border branching and freedom of services.

In 1999, the EU replaced the Investment Services Directive with the Financial Services Action Plan. The Plan consists of a set of measures that are intended to remove the remaining formal barriers in financial markets among EU members and to provide a legal and regulatory environment that supports the integration of EU financial markets.

As the European Commission crafted a coordinated EU approach to the financial crisis, it has done so in accordance with a set of procedures known as the Lamfalussy Process.

The fourth level involves compliance and enforcement of the new rules and laws, including initiating proceedings on cases of non-conformity.

Nevertheless, the Lamfalussy Process has sparked controversy, because some critics argue that the procedure can effectively bypass accountable oversight by the European Council and the elected European Parliament, thereby embodying a move away from representative democracy towards technocratic and participatory democracy.”

So it is clear by all of the above that the U.S. and U.K. are continuing the process to create a world monetary system over which they will have full control which “can effectively bypass accountable oversight,” and that is based on imaginary wealth.

Look out America and closely watch any financial legislation in minute detail so we do not become a part of any such system.

Obama’s Battle – Fighting Man or God?

March 17, 2009
I Am Gary Wright
Common Law Copyright, unlimited republishing granted.

It is clear that Mr. Obama wants to enslave the citizens of America, abolishing all of our rights, liberties and freedoms given to us both by our Creator and by the U. S. Constitution. He must remember though that in doing so he is fighting against God himself.

Let us never forget what this battle is truly all about. It is the universal battle for control of the minds, labors, resources, and worship of all mankind. At its heart it is a spiritual battle.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Eph 6:12

Those who were studying the physical sciences successfully developed the “scientific method” as a means of searching to the depth and very core of things to find out how reality “operated” resulting in their obtaining prediction and control over material reality; but they, in this process, separated the spiritual universe from the material world.

This separation has extended to every form of inquiry and study, even to religion itself.  Religion, psychology, economics, biology, government, physics, law, etc., have all now become part of the “scientific method” devoid of any connection to spiritual reality.

They have become studies of words, of logic, of internal reasoning, of self consistency, leaving out the heart, soul, and spirit of man.

They have left their “first estate” meaning that to truly understand anything you must study both the physical and the spiritual together as all are part of the same thing.

This finally hit home with the scientific researchers when studying the subatomic particles and the way they acted; discovering in the process that the act of observation by the researcher impacted the results of the study. How this is possible or even how it works, can not to this day, be explained by conventional science.

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Rom 1:20

The quote below by Thomas Paine was in 1810 long before fake science like evolution:

“It has been the error of the schools to teach astronomy, and all the other sciences, and subjects of natural philosophy, as accomplishments only; whereas they should be taught theologically, or with reference to the Being who is the author of them: for all the principles of science are of divine origin. Man cannot make, or invent, or contrive principles: he can only discover them; and he ought to look through the discovery to the Author.”

“The evil that has resulted from the error of the schools, in teaching natural philosophy as an accomplishment only, has been that of generating in the pupils a species of atheism. Instead of looking through the works of creation to the Creator himself, they stop short, and employ the knowledge they acquire to create doubts of his existence. They labor with studied ingenuity to ascribe every thing they behold to innate properties of matter, and jump over all the rest by saying, that matter is eternal.” [The Existence of God—1810]

Some examples that we can see in our daily life of the purely scientific method are things as varied as; mandatory sentencing, three strikes you’re out laws, discussions on when life begins, calling people “human capital,” evolution, blindly enforcing laws and ordinances to absurdity, and all government laws, ordinances, and policies that are designed to control and educate the people using that method and belief system.

But we need to get back to our roots, not only in science but in law, in government, in education, in all things.

Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. Rev 2:4-5

Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, we will not walk therein. Jeremiah 6:16

We can look “for the old paths” to further our understanding of the origin of this great country America and how to get back since we have lost our way.

In my mind the greatest King in modern history created the first colony in America 10 years before the Pilgrims.

From the History of King James VI & I, author unknown.

“In 1607, colonists sent by the Virginia Company arrived in Jamestowne, Virginia. Jamestowne (James' namesake) went on to become the first permanent English settlement on the American mainland making King James VI & I founding monarch of the United States. Jamestowne, established over a decade before the pilgrims landed in Massachusetts, is known today as "the place where America began". On a trip to JAMEStown, VA one can visit the site of "JAMES Forte" on the "JAMES River" in "JAMES City County" located on "JAMES Island".

King James the VI and I is the founding monarch of the United States. Under his reign, we have the first successful colonies planted on the American mainland--Virginia, Massachusetts, and Nova Scotia (Latin for New Scotland) in SE Canada. The King himself ordered, wrote, and authorized the Evangelistic Grant Charter to settle the Colony of Virginia:

“We, greatly commending, and graciously accepting of, their Desires for the Furtherance of so noble a Work, which may, by the Providence of Almighty God, hereafter tend to the Glory of his Divine Majesty, in propagating of Christian Religion to such People, as yet live in Darkness and miserable Ignorance of the true Knowledge and Worship of God…”
The First Charter of Virginia (granted by King James I, on April 10, 1606)

“Lastly and chiefly the way to prosper and achieve good success is to make yourselves all of one mind for the good of your country and your own, and to serve and fear God the Giver of all Goodness, for every plantation which our Heavenly Father hath not planted shall be rooted out.”
Instructions for the Virginia Colony (1606)

We can learn many things from the study of this great king. He kept his kingdom out of war and for the first time a Scottish monarch wielded effective authority over the more far-flung areas of the realm. There was peace during his reign--both with his subjects and foreign powers. His motto was "Beati Pacifici,"--Blessed are the peacemakers.

Let us look at some words of the founding fathers of America; in comparison let us also remember some of Adolph Hitler’s most popular sayings, and compare them to some of our own.

One way people learn to think is by EDUCATION:

Adolph Hitler:

"What luck for the rulers that men do not think."

George Washington:

“What students would learn in American schools above all is the religion of Jesus Christ.” [Speech to the Delaware Indian Chiefs May 12, 1779]

Samuel Adams:

“Let divines and philosophers, statesmen and patriots, unite their endeavors to renovate the age by impressing the minds of men with the importance of educating their little boys and girls, inculcating in the minds of youth the fear and love of the Deity… and leading them in the study and practice of the exalted virtues of the Christian system.” [October 4, 1790]

Benjamin Franklin:

In Benjamin Franklin's 1749 plan of education for public schools in Pennsylvania, he insisted that schools teach "the excellency of the Christian religion above all others, ancient or modern."

In 1787 when Franklin helped found Benjamin Franklin University, it was dedicated as "a nursery of religion and learning, built on Christ, the Cornerstone."

Benjamin Rush:

“I lament that we waste so much time and money in punishing crimes and take so little pains to prevent them…we neglect the only means of establishing and perpetuating our republican forms of government; that is, the universal education of our youth in the principles of Christianity by means of the Bible; for this Divine Book, above all others, constitutes the soul of republicanism.”

“By withholding the knowledge of [the Scriptures] from children, we deprive ourselves of the best means of awakening moral sensibility in their minds.” [Letter written (1790’s) in Defense of the Bible in all schools in America]

“Christianity is the only true and perfect religion.”

“If moral precepts alone could have reformed mankind, the mission of the Son of God into our world would have been unnecessary.”

"Let the children who are sent to those schools be taught to read and write and above all, let both sexes be carefully instructed in the principles and obligations of the Christian religion. This is the most essential part of education” Letters of Benjamin Rush, "To the citizens of Philadelphia: A Plan for Free Schools", March 28, 1787

Noah Webster:

Education is useless without the Bible

The Bible was America’s basic textbook in all fields.”
[Our Christian Heritage p.5]

“In my view, the Christian religion is the most important and one of the first things in which all children, under a free government ought to be instructed...No truth is more evident to my mind than that the Christian religion must be the basis of any government intended to secure the rights and privileges of a free people.” [Source: 1828, in the preface to his American Dictionary of the English Language]

Here are some great quotes concerning government and the founding of America.

Adolph Hitler:

“All propaganda has to be popular and has to accommodate itself to the comprehension of the least intelligent of those whom it seeks to reach.”

“It is not truth that matters, but victory.”

“The victor will never be asked if he told the truth.”

“Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it.”

Demoralize the enemy from within by surprise, terror, sabotage, assassination. This is the war of the future.”

“It is always more difficult to fight against faith than against knowledge.”

James Wilson:

"Christianity is part of the common law"
[Sources: James Wilson, Course of Lectures [vol 3, p.122]; and quoted in Updegraph v. The Commonwealth, 11 Serg, & R. 393, 403 (1824).]

New York Spectator:

The court of common pleas of Chester County, [New York] rejected a witness who declared his disbelief in the existence of God. The presiding judge remarked that he had not before been aware that there was a man living who did not believe in the existence of God; that this belief constituted the sanction of all testimony in a court of justice: and that he knew of no cause in a Christian country where a witness had been permitted to testify without such belief. [New York Spectator. August 23, 1831]

George Washington:

"Although guided by our excellent Constitution in the discharge of official duties, and actuated, through the whole course of my public life, solely by a wish to promote the best interests of our country; yet, without the beneficial interposition of the Supreme Ruler of the Universe, we could not have reached the distinguished situation which we have attained with such unprecedented rapidity. To HIM, therefore, should we bow with gratitude and reverence, and endeavor to merit a continuance of HIS special favors". [1797 letter to John Adams]

Farewell Address: The name of American, which belongs to you, in your national capacity, must always exalt the just pride of Patriotism, more than any appellation derived from local discriminations. With slight shades of difference, you have the same religion" ...and later: "...reason and experience both forbid us to expect, that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle..."

It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and Bible.”

"To the distinguished character of patriot, it should be our highest glory to add the more distinguished character of Christian." [May 2, 1778, at Valley Forge]

Before taking his oath of office, he summoned a Bible on which to take the oath, added the words “So help me God!” to the end of the oath.

Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story:

I verily believe Christianity necessary to the support of civil society. One of the beautiful boasts of our municipal jurisprudence is that Christianity is a part of the Common Law. . . There never has been a period in which the Common Law did not recognize Christianity as lying its foundations.”
[Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States p. 593]

Infidels and pagans were banished from the halls of justice as unworthy of credit.” [Life and letters of Joseph Story, Vol. II 1851, pp. 8-9.]

At the time of the adoption of the constitution, and of the amendment to it, now under consideration [i.e., the First Amendment], the general, if not the universal sentiment in America was, that Christianity ought to receive encouragement from the state, so far as was not incompatible with the private rights of conscience, and the freedom of religious worship.
[Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States p. 593]

Jedediah Morse:

Mr. Morse was the author of the first American geography and gazetteer and the father of Samuel F. B. Morse.

"To the kindly influence of Christianity we owe that degree of civil freedom, and political and social happiness which mankind now enjoys. . . . Whenever the pillars of Christianity shall be overthrown, our present republican forms of government, and all blessings which flow from them, must fall with them."

James McHenry: Signer of the Constitution

Public utility pleads most forcibly for the general distribution of the Holy Scriptures. The doctrine they preach, the obligations they impose, the punishment they threaten, the rewards they promise, the stamp and image of divinity they bear, which produces a conviction of their truths, can alone secure to society, order and peace, and to our courts of justice and constitutions of government, purity, stability and usefulness. In vain, without the Bible, we increase penal laws and draw entrenchments around our institutions. Bibles are strong entrenchments. Where they abound, men cannot pursue wicked courses, and at the same time enjoy quiet conscience.”

James Madison

We’ve staked our future on our ability to follow the Ten Commandments with all of our heart.”

We have staked the whole future of American civilization, not upon the power of government, far from it. We’ve staked the future of all our political institutions upon our capacity…to sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God.” [1778 to the General Assembly of the State of Virginia]

“I have sometimes thought there could not be a stronger testimony in favor of religion or against temporal enjoyments, even the most rational and manly, than for men who occupy the most honorable and gainful departments and [who] are rising in reputation and wealth, publicly to declare the unsatisfactoriness [of temportal enjoyments] by becoming fervent advocates in the cause of Christ; and I wish you may give in your evidence in this way.”
Letter by Madison to William Bradford (September 25, 1773)

In 1812, President Madison signed a federal bill which economically aided the Bible Society of Philadelphia in its goal of the mass distribution of the Bible.
“An Act for the relief of the Bible Society of Philadelphia” Approved February 2, 1813 by Congress

On the three branches of the U.S. Government; Judicial, Legislative, and Executive:
At the Constitutional Convention of 1787, James Madison proposed the plan to divide the central government into three branches. He discovered this model of government from the Perfect Governor, as he read Isaiah 33:22;
“For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us.”

Samuel Johnston:

“It is apprehended that Jews, Mahometans (Muslims), pagans, etc., may be elected to high offices under the government of the United States. Those who are Mahometans (Muslims), or any others who are not professors of the Christian religion, can never be elected to the office of President or other high office, [unless] first the people of America lay aside the Christian religion altogether, it may happen. Should this unfortunately take place, the people will choose such men as think as they do themselves.
[Elliot’s Debates, Vol. IV, pp 198-199, Governor Samuel Johnston, July 30, 1788 at the North Carolina Ratifying Convention]

Thomas Jefferson:

“The doctrines of Jesus are simple, and tend to all the happiness of man.”

Of all the systems of morality, ancient or modern which have come under my observation, none appears to me so pure as that of Jesus.”

"I am a real Christian, that is to say, a disciple of the doctrines of Jesus."

God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are a gift from God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, and that His justice cannot sleep forever.” (excerpts are inscribed on the walls of the Jefferson Memorial in the nations capital) [Source: Merrill . D. Peterson, ed., Jefferson Writings, (New York: Literary Classics of the United States, Inc., 1984), Vol. IV, p. 289. From Jefferson’s Notes on the State of Virginia, Query XVIII, 1781.]

John Jay:

Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers.” Source: October 12, 1816. The Correspondence and Public Papers of John Jay, Henry P. Johnston, ed., (New York: Burt Franklin, 1970), Vol. IV, p. 393.

Whether our religion permits Christians to vote for infidel rulers is a question which merits more consideration than it seems yet to have generally received either from the clergy or the laity. It appears to me that what the prophet said to Jehoshaphat about his attachment to Ahab ["Shouldest thou help the ungodly and love them that hate the Lord?" 2 Chronicles 19:2] affords a salutary lesson.”
The Correspondence and Public Papers of John Jay, 1794-1826, Henry P. Johnston

Patrick Henry:

It cannot be emphasized too clearly and too often that this nation was founded, not by religionists, but by Christians; not on religion, but on the gospel of Jesus Christ. For this very reason, peoples of other faiths have been afforded asylum, prosperity, and freedom of worship here.”

“This is all the inheritance I can give my dear family. The religion of Christ can give them one which will make them rich indeed.”
—The Last Will and Testament of Patrick Henry

John Hancock:

In circumstances as dark as these, it becomes us, as Men and Christians, to reflect that whilst every prudent measure should be taken to ward off the impending judgments, …at the same time all confidence must be withheld from the means we use; and reposed only on that God rules in the armies of Heaven, and without His whole blessing, the best human counsels are but foolishness… Resolved; …Thursday the 11th of May…to humble themselves before God under the heavy judgments felt and feared, to confess the sins that have deserved them, to implore the Forgiveness of all our transgressions, and a spirit of repentance and reformation …and a Blessing on the … Union of the American Colonies in Defense of their Rights [for which hitherto we desire to thank Almighty God]…That the people of Great Britain and their rulers may have their eyes opened to discern the things that shall make for the peace of the nation…for the redress of America’s many grievances, the restoration of all her invaded liberties, and their security to the latest generations.
"A Day of Fasting, Humiliation and Prayer, with a total abstinence from labor and recreation. Proclamation on April 15, 1775"

Alexander Hamilton:

Hamilton began work with the Rev. James Bayard to form the Christian Constitutional Society to help spread over the world the two things which Hamilton said made America great:
(1) Christianity
(2) A Constitution formed under Christianity.
“The Christian Constitutional Society, its object is first: The support of the Christian religion. Second: The support of the United States.”

“I have a tender reliance on the mercy of the Almighty, through the merits of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am a sinner. I look to Him for mercy; pray for me.” [On July 12, 1804 at his death]

"For my own part, I sincerely esteem it [the Constitution] a system which without the finger of God, never could have been suggested and agreed upon by such a diversity of interests." [1787 after the Constitutional Convention]

"I have carefully examined the evidences of the Christian religion, and if I was sitting as a juror upon its authenticity I would unhesitatingly give my verdict in its favor. I can prove its truth as clearly as any proposition ever submitted to the mind of man."

Benjamin Franklin:

God governs in the affairs of man. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without his notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid? We have been assured in the Sacred Writings that except the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it. I firmly believe this. I also believe that, without His concurring aid, we shall succeed in this political building no better than the builders of Babel.” [Constitutional Convention of 1787]

In the beginning of the contest with Britain, when we were sensible of danger, we had daily prayers in this room for Divine protection. Our prayers, Sir, were heard, and they were graciously answered… do we imagine we no longer need His assistance?” [Constitutional Convention, Thursday June 28, 1787]

Elias Boudinot:

Be religiously careful in our choice of all public officers . . . and judge of the tree by its fruits.”

Charles Carroll: Signer of the Declaration of Independence

"Without morals a republic cannot subsist any length of time; they therefore who are decrying the Christian religion, whose morality is so sublime and pure...are undermining the solid foundation of morals, the best security for the duration of free governments." [Source: To James McHenry on November 4, 1800.]

John Quincy Adams:

“Why is it that, next to the birthday of the Savior of the world, your most joyous and most venerated festival returns on this day [the Fourth of July]?" “Is it not that, in the chain of human events, the birthday of the nation is indissolubly linked with the birthday of the Savior? That it forms a leading event in the progress of the Gospel dispensation? Is it not that the Declaration of Independence first organized the social compact on the foundation of the Redeemer's mission upon earth? That it laid the cornerstone of human government upon the first precepts of Christianity"?
--1837, at the age of 69, when he delivered a Fourth of July speech at Newburyport, Massachusetts.

The Law given from Sinai [The Ten Commandments] was a civil and municipal as well as a moral and religious code.”
John Quincy Adams. Letters to his son. p. 61

John Hancock:

We Recognize No Sovereign but God, and no King but Jesus!” [April 18, 1775]

John Adams:

The general principles upon which the Fathers achieved independence were the general principals of Christianity… I will avow that I believed and now believe that those general principles of Christianity are as eternal and immutable as the existence and attributes of God.”

“[July 4th] ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty.”
–John Adams in a letter written to Abigail on the day the Declaration was approved by Congress

"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." --October 11, 1798

"I have examined all religions, as well as my narrow sphere, my straightened means, and my busy life, would allow; and the result is that the Bible is the best Book in the world. It contains more philosophy than all the libraries I have seen." December 25, 1813 letter to Thomas Jefferson

"Without religion this world would be something not fit to be mentioned in polite Company, I mean Hell." [John Adams to Thomas Jefferson, April 19, 1817]

Samuel Adams:

He who made all men hath made the truths necessary to human happiness obvious to all… Our forefathers opened the Bible to all.” ["American Independence," August 1, 1776. Speech delivered at the State House in Philadelphia]

Noah Webster:

Let it be impressed on your mind that God commands you to choose for rulers just men who will rule in the fear of God. [Exodus 18:21]. . . .

If the citizens neglect their duty and place unprincipled men in office, the government will soon be corrupted . . .

If our government fails to secure public prosperity and happiness, it must be because the citizens neglect the Divine commands, and elect bad men to make and administer the laws.” [Noah Webster, The History of the United States (New Haven: Durrie and Peck, 1832), pp. 336-337, 49]

All the miseries and evils which men suffer from vice, crime, ambition, injustice, oppression, slavery and war, proceed from their despising or neglecting the precepts contained in the Bible.” [Noah Webster. History. p. 339]

The only way this battle against universal corruption can be won is by taking a stand and fighting every attempt, no matter how large or small, no matter at what level from the local municipality to the UN, that is designed to take away our rights, our liberties, and our freedoms, but let us not forget to put on the badly needed armour as found in the same bible quoted above, see;

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:” Eph 6:10-17

New Thoughts on Presidential Qualifications

We are at a critical point in the history of our country.

The qualifications of our president to hold office has been challenged, both in the media and in the courts even before he was sworn in as president. Since he has become president the challenges in the media and the courts are increasing in frequency.

Have you ever wondered why he does not settle this issue by just providing documents verifying his eligibility?
What if it is all by design? What if his handlers new that this would become an issue in advance? What if the shadow
government has had plans all along to use this as a way to get another amendment to the U.S. Constitution, one
repealing the Natural Born Requirement? This amendment would allow any person in the world to become president,
no matter to whom or what their loyalty is directed. Maybe one who would openly state their allegiance to creating a new world order, with this country as its leader?

There are basically two issues in this controversy. One is whether the president has the necessary qualifications;
two, what to do if that proof shows he is not qualified.

The enemy knows full well the maxim, divide and conquer.  Lately there seems to be a controversy about how to go about the business of clearing up this mess.

With some saying that they have the only solution. Leave the others alone and follow me they say, nothing anyone else does have validity, or value, or contributes to this cause.

But is that true? The first step is to find out the qualifications of the acting president. The path to this knowledge can be by various means. Once these facts have been established then the second issue becomes the only issue.

Every time a question of the qualifications of the president, including producing documents to discover the truth, is
brought before a judge or magistrate, the Spirit of Truth, the Spirit of Justice, the Spirit of Wisdom, and the Spirit of Righteousness, is impressing on the heart and mind of that person to do the right thing and open up those records.

In the very near future a person will allow those records to be opened to the public. Then we can go to step two, if needed.

There are many laws on the books at the state and federal levels concerning fraud and producing false documents that would still apply. There are laws, which if broken, including  some relating to the election process, that open the door for the production of these documents.

This issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible, so every avenue and path of enquiry and venue should be developed and pursued; including administratively, through the courts, though the grand juries, through quo warranto, etc.; and at all levels, local, state, and federal.  Because of the seriousness and the timeliness of the issues we must not leave any stone unturned. Every element of the case must be pursued, to its end, because we never know what person or action will open a little crack, which will widen revealing all.

Let not pride in being the person who filed the action that opens the gates close our minds to other avenues and actions. The only thing that should be kept in mind is that no action should be taken which would be illegal, immoral, or that would put any person in jeopardy of violating any lawful law, ordinance, or regulation, as determined by the proper authority.

Is this the way to find out if Mr. Obama is legally eligible to be president?

First, a disclaimer – I am not promoting that anyone do or say anything immoral or illegal, I am just asking some questions. Please do not use my questions to do or act in an immoral or illegal manner, my only purpose for this article is to create more thought and discussion on the issues involved.

There is a movement afoot to obtain certified copies of legal documents concerning the past history of Mr. Obama, who is currently acting as the president of the USA. The reason being given is that he is not eligible to hold the office of president.

Why are these documents so important? They are the only paper trail to verify whether or not certain statements made by various people concerning the eligibility of Mr. Obama to hold office are true or not. And if he is not eligible to hold office then the proper steps need to be taken.

Why has Mr. Obama refused to provide copies of these documents and put this issue to rest once and for all?

So how do the people obtain copies of these documents? Well one way is to go to court and obtain them through the discovery process. But four of the cases involved emergency appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court who declined to hear the cases. Here are four cases turned down without a hearing by the U.S. Supremes, they are the Philip Berg, Cort Wrotnowski, Leo Donofrio and Taitz cases.

So as of now the U.S. Supreme Court has refused to require Mr. Obama to produce the documents. At the state and federal level there are over eight cases (by some sources) still pending in court raising these issues and all are trying to get these documents, but no one has been successful in obtaining them as of the time of this writing.

Which brings us to the next issue, what are a people to do when they are refused redress and answers to legitimate questions, especially ones as important as this?

In the Declaration of Independence -- July 4, 1776 we read:

“But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”

And when complaining of the actions of the King of Great Britain they said in the same document:

“He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance…

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation…

For imposing taxes on us without our consent…

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”

Now I am not advocating the taking up of arms and throwing off our government and starting a new one. But we do need to bring those working for the municipal, state, and federal governments to answer to the people and to require of those working for government to take responsibility for their actions.

What does the federal government do when it wants information that someone refuses to give them? A well known case is that of Irwin Schiff of Las Vegas.

It is not at this time or place the proper position to take concerning whether Mr. Schiff is correct or not in all of his writings or theories concerning taxes. What is at issue is what the federal government did to Mr. Schiff on 2/11/2003. According to a “We The People” article on 2/12/03 we read the following:

“During a recent deposition, the government asked Mr. Schiff for his personal and private financial records for 1980-1985. Mr. Schiff responded by saying there was no law that required him to pay the tax and no law that required him to keep records.

However, instead of allowing discovery to proceed, unfettered, and according to well established legal procedures culminating in a public jury trial, approximately two dozen armed agents raided Mr. Schiff’s office early on the morning of Tuesday, February 11th, seizing records, legal research, etc. and prevented him from entering his own business.

They handed him what they said was a warrant. It was not signed by a judge and did not have a sworn affidavit attached to it as required by the Fourth Amendment.  In addition, it cites no specific violation of any statute.
The 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads as follows:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
There now can be no doubt that it was the government’s premeditated intent to ILLEGALLY take Mr. Schiff’s property including computer files and private business records, and to deprive him of his Constitutionally guaranteed right to due process of law.
This is tyranny. An act of tyranny against any American citizen is a threat to the unalienable freedoms of all Americans.”

This then brings me to my last set of questions.

What prevents a lawful group of citizens from forming a grand jury in each city or state where these documents outlining the history and legal status of Mr. Obama are being kept?

Why can’t each of these lawful grand juries order, by a signed warrant, that certified copies of all of these documents be produced?

What prevents each of these lawful grand juries from ordering some local state militias (not the National Guard – REAL state militias) to go to each of these locations and stand guard over these documents?

What prevents the militias from taking many people of the media along to provide complete documentation of everything that happens?

What prevents some computer savvy militia members from taking along portable computers with portable scanners with W3 enabled internet connections and scanning these documents under the watchful eye of the news media and sending the documents instantly worldwide?

What is preventing the people from TAKING THEIR OWN COUNTRY BACK?

The END

Some of the chapters in the book Black OPS On The Moon & Mars are quite large. If you use dial-up you might want to load a page with pictures disabled, then enable them after the page loads. That way you can start reading while the pictures load in the background.

A new and very interesting publication is coming online. It is about the Apollo space program. You must not miss reading this. You will learn some things you never knew about Apollo! The name of this new publication is:

Either we were created by an alien being (GOD) and left here on this planet trapped in space and time. OR we just happened to come into spontaneous existence, became aware of the universe, but are still trapped on this planet in space and time. Either way we can't get very far.

The question was asked one time, what is the one thing that can be done that will provide the greatest amount of good for the greatest amount of people in the shortest amount of time here on planet Earth?

The answer came in three parts, first get the whole world involved in developing, and living throughout the Solar System. Second develop time travel. And last get the whole world involved in developing, and living throughout the Universe.

This is my life work. Have fun looking around!
